Returns: No returns or refunds on Vintage Jewelry, Home Management or Creative Writing
Please email sunandsage@spectrum.net to initiate a request to return the purchased Handmade Soap item(s) within 5 days of receipt.
Approved refunds on returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will approve or disapprove the refund within 10 business days of our receipt of the item(s). Some items from Sun and Sage may be one of a kind item and can't be replaced. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to also process and post the refund.
